Ann Hodnette

Ann Hodnette, Media Buyer & Project Manager was born and raised in LaGrange, GA. Ann moved to Macon, GA in 2001 to attend Mercer University. In 2005, she graduated from Mercer University with a degree in English and Communications. Opting not to go to Law School as originally planned, Ann decided to pursue a career in non-profit marketing and event planning.

Ann began her career as a docent at the Johnston-Felton-Hay House, run by the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation. She quickly took on other roles including assistant to the Marketing Director and the Education Director. On a fateful day in 2006 Ann decided to return to the ballet studio and began dancing again after a two year hiatus. It was here that she would meet the family that would introduce her to Lisa Orenstein.

Ann began working with Lisa at Focus Advertising in 2007 and has loved every minute of it. As Media Buyer and Project Manager Ann handles many of the day-to-day aspects of Focus' clients that include research, media buying and post-analysis of the campaign. In conjunction with the Outdoor Advertising Association of Georgia, Outdoor Advertising Association of Virginia and the Outdoor Advertising Association of Tennessee she has helped to grow a Public Service Announcement program for non-profits and state agencies. Ann has had the pleasure of working with such clients as The Georgia Supreme Court, Operation Lifesaver, Georgia Land Conservation Program, the Georgia Sheriff's Association, and Georgia State University's Pathological Gambling Project.

Ann's areas of expertise include media research, media buying and placement, rate negotiation, completion reporting and event planning and execution.
